I knew I shouldn't have let it happen. I neglected my poor unedited photos for two days and now look what's happened...overload! I have been working on designing my new site and with that territory, comes cool new headshots. Nick and Kelly's are now complete.

I have this small infatuation with purses...I have really bad withdrawals if one is not purchased after a certain amount of time. (like....2 weeks) Kelly & Nick will attest to this.

Firetrucks

Here's where I was last night. 

A fellow photographer and friend of mine, Jennifer Reams, asked me to second a wedding she was shooting that was 100% alllllll out firetrucks. Clearly red white and black were the colors of choice and they thought of EVERYTHING. Even the food was themed red black and white! okay...that last part is exaggerating just a little bit. 

I haven't decided if I'm going to post some (if any) of the photos because it isn't the style of wedding I typically book, but we shall see. 

What do you guys think?

I have decided to completely re-design my recently re-designed tiffany blue room/office.

I'm going for elegant-modern-simple. Since I meet with people all the time for photo sessions, I feel I need to have somewhere cool for them to come...plus its a really good excuse for me to buy pretty new things and pick out awesome colors.

now I just need to convince Kourt to help me paint again...

Sundays at Meemaws

Ever since I can remember, my family and I have gone over to meemaws for lunch every other Sunday. We all laugh, make fun of each other (Mostly Karen and I) and eat yummy food.

My aunt Karen has two very lively little boys and they always bring lots of laughs to the table. This past Sunday, we ventured out to the garden for some home-grown veggies.

Emily & Darius

Emily and Darius are engaged! Fun Fun Fun! We had a blast in downtown Richmond laughing, walking far (very far) and visiting the Irish Pub. yum yum :) Simple couple who just loved being around each other. May I also mention that we all safely survived the treacherous walk up and down the many Richmond stairs. I look forward to shooting their wedding in September!

Nick came with me again to Second..he did a fabulous job. I am so unbelievably lucky!
